Discovery by TopBestDigital queries public AI assistants (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity) with buying-intent prompts and reports whether and how a business is recommended. Results reflect third-party AI outputs at the time of the scan and may change.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits or payment.

Paid features (report unlocks and re-scan credits) are billed as described on our pricing page and processed by Razorpay. Fulfilment (unlocks and credits) is granted only after a payment is verified on our servers. Refunds are governed by our cancellation & refund policy.

The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs are informational and not professional advice; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
