Cancellation & refund policy
This policy explains when a purchase can be cancelled or refunded. It applies to all payments made to us through Razorpay.
Digital products
Discovery by TopBestDigital sells digital products — one-time report unlocks and re-scan credits. Because a report is generated and delivered instantly, an unlock is generally non-refundable once the full report has been generated and made available to you.
When we do refund
If you were charged but the corresponding unlock or credits were not delivered to your account due to a technical error on our side, we will either complete the delivery or issue a full refund.
If you were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate charge), the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that pack have been used.
How to request a refund
Email info@topbestdigital.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email address and the payment reference. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation
One-time purchases cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed and the product is delivered. We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions; if that changes, cancellation terms for subscriptions will be published here.
