This policy explains what Discovery by TopBestDigital collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. Scan data: the business details you enter (name, category, market, website, competitors) and the resulting AI responses and scores. Billing data: a record of your payments (order and payment references, amount, status) and credit/unlock history.
Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference and status Razorpay returns.
How we use it
To run scans and generate your reports, operate your account, process payments and deliver unlocks/credits, prevent abuse (including rate limiting and fraud checks), and send you service-related email such as verification and receipts.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that make the product work — for example our payment processor (Razorpay), hosting and database infrastructure, and the AI providers we query. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@topbestdigital.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
